In two weeks time, LA-based shoe designer Eric Payne would debut his brand at Paris Fashion Week. He needed some words and he needed them fast. I sat down with Eric to learn about his background, inspiration, and company goals. We also talked process, materials, and attitude. The first deliverables, across web and print, materialized as a brand manifesto and concise bio, providing insightful context with just the right amount of poetry for Eric’s shoes as they were introduced on the world’s stage.
